The anatomy basics 10-hour workshop is designed to provide students with an understanding of basic human anatomy as it applies to both STOTT PILATES® and general fitness. Students taking this workshop will meet the anatomy prerequisite for STOTT PILATES® instructor courses. CECs: 1.0 ACE and NASM.
Functional Strength for Athletes
This workshop is geared toward Personal Trainers, Athletic Coaches, Boot Camp Instructors and Group Exercise instructors. Join PJ O’Clair to learn the nuts and bolts behind her Functional Strength for Athletes (FSA). This is a 12-week progressive program. The workshop will outline the design of the program and you will also receive 12 weeks of class programming and review the exercise library. You must have attended a TRX course to attend i.e. STC, GSTC, RTC, GRTC. CECs: 0.5 ACE and NASM.
